You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens. When you buy something on Lilumia.com, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, and shipping address in order to checkout so we can process and ship your items. Sweepstakes, Giveaways Contests and Surveys at Sephora.com. If at Lilumia.com you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or answer a survey, you may be asked to provide your name or username and email address. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEVICE? ** Processing time takes 24-48 hours. Transit time can take 5-7 days from ship date (Canada and outlying U.S. regions up to 10 days). Orders shipping Mon-Fri. Email confirmation will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed with tracking information.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours and your bank may take up to 3-7 business days to place the funds back onto your account.
2Returns/Exchanges
Lilumia devices can be returned in original box within 14 days from delivery date.

International Shipments (Outside the U.S.)

Due to the amount of requests received to allow shipping outside of the U.S. we have decided to move forward with limited countries. In order to serve countries outside of the U.S. the customer would incur shipping cost for Returns or Exchanges at this time.
