Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We will accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered. After reviewing the below requirements for returns, please email us at support@lilumia.com to complete the return process.

All returns for refund requests must meet the following requirements

  • Lilumia devices must be returned in the original box within 14 days from delivery date
  • Must be accompanied with the return form provided by Lilumia
  • Item must be in the same condition in which it was received

(All merchandise is inspected once received)

  • Lilumia Soap is a FINAL sale item and cannot be returned for a refund

Items not accepted for return include: Damaged items including scratches or broken parts and Lilumia soap

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Lilumia and to reship exchanges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing time: Once we have received your package and inspected the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days depending on your bank. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-7 business days).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered. After reviewing the below requirements for exchanges, please email us at support@lilumia.com to complete the exchange process.

All exchange requests must meet the following requirements

  • Lilumia devices can only be exchanged in the original box within 14 days from delivery date
  • Must be accompanied with the exchange form provided by Lilumia
  • Item must NOT be used

(All merchandise is inspected once received)

Items not accepted for exchange include: Any Used Items

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Lilumia and to reship exchanges.
