Warranty Policy

To Register your new Lilumia device visit www.lilumia.com/warranty 

1 Year Limited Warranty

We will accept defective product within 1 year of the date the merchandise was delivered. Your warranty will cover any issues related to manufacturer defects. Once your device is inspected upon receiving your return, we will provide you with a new device. We aim to deliver products of exceptional quality. Every Lilumia device is subject to stringent inspection and testing to ensure it meets specifications. Defective units are examined to help us identify product and process improvements.

You must register your device within 30 days of the delivery date at Lilumia.com/Warranty to ensure warranty coverage. Upon completion of registration you will receive a confirmation email. Once registered, you will have a 1-year limited warranty (from date merchandise is delivered) on authentic Lilumia devices ordered on Lilumia.com or any authorized retailer.

Items not accepted under 1-year limited warranty include:
We only support Lilumia product within countries in which our product is sold (U.S. and Canada). Replacement products shipped outside of U.S. and Canada would incur shipping charges. (a) Damage caused by use of third party soap; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flooding or unit submerged in liquid, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (c) damage caused by operating the Lilumia Product outside of the Lilumia published guidelines; (d) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Lilumia Product, or (e) if any product identifier number has been removed or defaced from the Lilumia Product.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the possible defective return back to Lilumia. Upon inspection, a Lilumia device will be shipped to the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacements outside U.S. and Canada would incur a shipping fee.
